Brock Billings
CEO & Owner
Brock Billings is the CEO and Owner of Red Bridge Property Management, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in residential property management. He founded and operated his own property management company before merging with longtime colleague Randy, combining their expertise to build a stronger, more resilient organization.
Prior to entering property management, Brock spent 15 years at Columbia in its international department, where he developed a strong foundation in systems, cross-cultural communication, and organizational leadership. That background continues to inform his thoughtful, process-driven approach to running a people-centered business.
Brock is deeply involved in his local NARPM chapter and remains committed to professional education, ethical standards, and industry advancement. At the core of his leadership are the values of transparency, integrity, and client satisfaction—principles that guide every decision at Red Bridge.
Married and a father of three, Brock is known for his steady presence, clear communication, and long-term mindset. Clients appreciate his honesty, consistency, and dedication to protecting both relationships and assets.
Adam Winterowd
Operations Project Manager & Construction Specialist
Adam is a lifelong Pacific Northwest resident with over 30 years of hands-on experience in construction and property operations. He has owned and operated three general contracting companies and brings deep, practical knowledge of PNW-specific construction challenges, materials, weather impacts, and long-term building performance.
Throughout his career, Adam has worked closely with property management companies, giving him a strong understanding of how construction decisions intersect with tenant experience, asset protection, and long-term value. His background also includes time as a professional chef and boat builder, reflecting a precision-driven, systems-oriented approach to his work.
Adam holds a degree in Business and is a husband and father of two daughters. He is known for his problem-solving mindset, clear communication, and steady presence when complex projects need practical, durable solutions.
Chrysztyna Rowek
Strategic Operations & Client Experience
Chrysztyna Rowek brings over 15 years of executive-level experience in property management, operations, and organizational leadership. She has served as the CEO of a 600-door property management company and is a nationally recognized speaker and educator within the industry.
At Red Bridge, Chrysztyna focuses on operational strategy, systems development, client experience, and long-term portfolio health. Her work bridges high-level planning with day-to-day execution, ensuring that processes are both efficient and human-centered. She is particularly skilled at navigating complex situations, improving communication flows, and creating structure that supports sustainable growth.
In addition to her operational background, Chrysztyna is an emotional regulation and leadership coach, bringing a unique lens to conflict resolution, decision-making, and team dynamics. Clients value her clarity, directness, and ability to translate complexity into calm, actionable next steps.
